Rick Lobaugh, President

Rick moved to Mariposa in 1988 with his family from Sonora where he began his career in 1981.
27 years in title insurance and escrow services. 
Rick and his company has supported his communities as a charter member of the Junior Chamber
of Commerce of Tuolumne County, charter member of the Kiwanis Club of Mariposa, associate member of
the Mariposa County Chamber of Commerce and the Mariposa County Board of Realtors.

Debbie manages the Office of Inter-County Title in a professional and efficient manner. As an escrow officer, she maintains a very personable relationship with her clients in their residential and tax deffered exchange transactions. Debbie enjoys the ranch lifestyle, raising and riding her horses, golf, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Steve Lobaugh is the fourth generation of the Lobaugh family in the title insurance industry. Steve and his title department offer a very pleasant experience and efficient handling of your title insurance transaction.
