Inter-County Title was incorporated in October of 1966. We first operated only in Tuolumne County until around 1970 when we opened in Mariposa County. We operated in both counties until 1984 when the Tuolumne County operation was sold. We are still licensed in both counties although we currently only issue title coverage on only Mariposa County property. We are an underwritten title company and currently an agent for Stewart Title Guaranty. Our in office records date back to 1850, when California became a state and we maintain our own independent title plant. We are locally owned and family operated.
